Being a friend of Balear House, I can say that personal ties were not the decisive factor in the sale of my home. I chose them for their strong local presence and the impression of their deep market knowledge — and I was absolutely right. We were lucky enough to have met Ilka and Jesús at our arrival in Mallorca around 15 years ago. They played an important role in making us feel very comfortable.
