We were lucky enough to have met Ilka and Jesús at our arrival in Mallorca around 15 years ago. They played an important role in making us feel very comfortable. Honestly after many years with Real Estate agencies on the mainland, we did not believe that you could find a team as professional as Balearhouse. The other fundamental partner of this successful company is Ilka, Jesus’s wife and joint owner.  Ilka is a level-headed and caring person, but most of all not only dedicated to her work but also to her family and certainly a necessary and complementary asset to the company.  Jesus is lucky to have her at his side.
