Being a friend of Balear House, I can say that personal ties were not the decisive factor in the sale of my home. I chose them for their strong local presence and the impression of their deep market knowledge — and I was absolutely right. First time I had set foot on the island back in 2007 I immediately fell in love with Mallorca and hoped one day I will come back to buy a property here.
