Increase in property sales on the Balearic Islands

Property sales on the Balearic Islands experience an increase of over 20% from 2015 to 2016

“The properties are selling like hot bread on the Balearic Islands” the Realtors claim in 2016. We are no exception, however we would like to see whether this claim is based on facts. The results show that yes, there has indeed been an increase from 2015 in comparison with 2016 property sales on the Balearic Islands.

The first trimestre in 2015 achieved 2.531 sales while in the first trimester of 2016 there have been 3.067 sales achieved. This is the equivalent of a 20.7% increase. The total number of sales in 2015 have been 10.626 which may raise to nearly 13.000 in 2016 if we maintain this increase.
