New shopping mall in Mallorca

Very soon, a new shopping mall will open its' gates in Mallorca. FAN is the name of the place which will offer an incredible space for shopping and leisure activities including a cinema for example. We are looking forward to the 22nd September of this year to witness this new attraction in Palma. The place is ideally located between the airport and Palma, in Es Coll d'en Rabassa. In 2 minutes you can get there from the airport and in 5 minutes from Palma, so the perfect location for last minute shopping before boarding.

The investors have created in total 170.000m2 constructed area which offer the best of brands, cinema, leisure and restaurants including Primark, Mango, Pandora, Media Markt, Decathlon and many more. The cinema has 8 showing rooms and the first 4D showings of the island.

Parking will be no problem as the have build 2.500 free spaces. With an investment of 190 million euros, the shopping centre speculates to have 12 million visitors each year.
